 ABOUT US

Hi! We are Randall and Connie Moores, and we own and operate Moores Heritage Farm and Moores Heritage Market. Our land has been in Randall's family since the early 1800s, and our home and barn were built by Randall's Grandfather in the 1960s.  In the early 1990's the home, barn and all associated equipment were sold out of the family. In 2014 the opportunity arose to purchase and "restart" the family farm. Randall transitioned from the Active Duty Army to the Army Reserves and we moved our family to Plymouth Township, Ohio. Today we proudly raise our livestock on pasture, the animals' natural environment, where they have shelter from the elements but the ability to express themselves naturally. Our cattle and sheep are 100% grass fed and finished on pasture most of the year and supplemented with hay when weather conditions do not permit grazing.  Our pigs are raised on pasture and in woods. We feel that farming is our true calling and we are committed to producing only sustainable and ethically raised livestock.
